The back of an office building is usually where inspiration goes to die. Five Star Real Estate wanted to change that, turning a plain brick wall into a celebration and a confusing parking lot/entrance into a clear path.

We went big with a giant, hand-painted "YES!" It created an instant photo-op for realtors and clients to mark milestones on their real estate journey together. I also knocked out a hand-painted directional sign to make sure the human connection starts the second they pull into the lot. No more guessing where the door is. It’s proof that even a parking lot can have an optimistic message.
